Screen resolution is wrong after reboot #307

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed Snow Leopard 10.6.0 on Medion Akoya Mini
2. Rebooted and installed 10.6.3 combo update
3. Reboot and graphic res is now wrong

What netbook are you using this on?
Medion Akoya Mini

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to have 1024x600 after each reboot

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OSX SL 10.6.3

Please provide any additional information below.
The screen res is 800x600 (with a black border to the right) after reboot. If i 
run NebookInstaller again, checking only the extensions option and reboot again 
the res is right, 1024x768 but after a new reboot changes are reverted again... 
and again. What's wrong?
