Doesn't work on Windows 7 RC7100 #2

Installed successfully on Windows 7 RC7100. Noc opens fine, but does not
save. Red box in lower right says Error: Internal Error.

I am also running Windows 7 Build 7100 and nocs installs and runs fine for me, 
so it is 
not an issue that effects all Windows 7 users.

I should have added I'm running on a 64bit machine.

Hmm, I'm running Win7 build 7600 (RTM) myself so I won't be able to test this 
that
deeply. We'll see how things change with Nocs 2.0..
