Could not load file or assembly Google.GData.Documents (2.2 beta) #36

I installed Nocs 2.2 beta, on first run I was prompted to install .NET 4.0, 
after completing that and trying Nocs again I get this stacktrace in my 
nocs.log:

Non-UIThreadException: Could not load file or assembly 'Google.GData.Documents, 
Version=1.4.2.27791, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=e4daaad656f19bb9' or one 
of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match 
the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Stack Trace:
   at Nocs.Models.Noc..ctor(Synchronizer synchronizer, ContextMenuStrip contextMenuEditor)
   at Nocs.Forms.Main.AddNoc()
   at Nocs.Forms.Main..ctor()
   at Nocs.Program.Main()

Should have clarified, on a Win 7 32bit system. I've been a frequent Nocs 2.1 
user. 

Also, the Google account I'm been using has been recently transitioned from 
Google Apps to a regular Google account and Google is still working out a few 
kinks with this process so that could be related.

Did you install it in the same directory as Nocs 2.1? Have you tried 
uninstalling all Nocs versions and installing it in another directory?

It installed in its own directory ("Nocs 2" vs "Nocs 2.1").

Uninstalling all Nocs and reinstalling Nocs 2.2 solved this issue for me,
