old text files that were previously made are saved in html format

Nocs saves all files as html as that's the only way to handle both new and old 
style editors. You should be able to revert back to any old revision at 
http://docs.google.com

Sorry, but I'm probably not going to change this until there some kind of 
better API for Google Docs.
