No proxy support

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Entering the google account details while being behind a proxy which
requires authorisation.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It display: "ERROR: Cache Acces Denied.." on the Login to Google Docs dialog.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nocs v0.91 on Windows XP with SP2

There's no proxy support in Nocs atm, will look into this for Nocs 2.0
