Windows 7 Jump List #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right click on the Nocs icon.
2. Notice that no jump lists are available.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see jump lists, but there aren't.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.91, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
This would just be a nice feature to have, it's not required, but if it's 
possible, it would be extremely nice.
