I want to build VIM with gcc, using Mingw-w64, can you please provide the 
source? I realize it isn't configured with a Makefile/autotools, I will 
have to do so myself. Sorry for posting here, but I see no other way to 
contact you. Thanks.

I build it from http://vim.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/vim/ with the Microsoft 
Visual 
C++ compilers. See {8,9,10}win64.bat for configuration details.
