Missing diff.exe in 64 bit distribution #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install 64-bit distro as per instructions.
2. attempt to run gvim -d or gvimdiff against to slightly different files
3. no correct diff output

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
* Expect to see highlighting of differences
* Actual output is just two side-by-side displays

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Vim 7.3 on  Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

Note: Copying the diff.exe from a previous release (7.2 in particular) into the 
vim73 folder makes it work as expected.

Please provide any additional information below.

Exactly.
By the way, the "diff.exe" from Vim64-72.zip is a 32bit version. :D
According to my search results, a 64bit "diff.exe" doesn't exist anywhere :(

When I attempt to unzip the vim72.zip file McAfee detects vim72/diff.exe as a 
Trojan: Artemis!1B79CED2B4E7
