Using a / for the image name causes weird issues "symbiote/ss-dev" on Windows #1

Basically if I build an image, it builds fine. If I try to run it, it says it doesn't exist locally.

Then if I build "ss-dev" and run it, it works fine. Maybe take out the "symbiote" namespace or change / to -

Not an issue anymore.
