PDF Rendition on Advanced Report - No JAVA #2

Would it be possible to utilize a PHP library that can generate PDF without Java? I am currently running silverstripe on a good PHP provider. But very few affordable providers run Java on their host platform.

Thanks in advance for your reply and consideration. Advanced reports is a great module.

At the time, there wasn't a decent HTML->PDF tool that didn't use java - but I wonder whether dompdf has come far enough t be able to use that. I'll take a look when I get a chance
