temporary fix for #120 #128

I think this shouldn't be the first issue every user is running into, so just require sphinx < 1.5 for now until the real fix gets in.

Please do a fix release that includes this fix, so it is not just fixed in git, but also also on pypi.

Hi @ThomasWaldmann, I believe we've resolved the issue with Sphinx 1.5 and 1.6; a new version has been uploaded to PyPI.
