Coverage remained the same at ?% when pulling 3366b977abab4f8c5e68f104437bc76328743fc9 on lpirl:pin-sphinx into 1ef062fad5060006566f8d6bd3b5a231ac7e0488 on nyergler:master.

We've gone ahead and dropped support for everything prior to 1.7; I think setup.py accurately reflects things (and the test suite is passing).
