outputs for dashboard

We need to output files & data for the dashboard to ingest and fix any bugs.

Here's my preliminary list:

The most up to date branch is demo_dash. You can use the attached environment file to run the dashboard if you like.

To run the dashboard python dashboard.py -d [path to directory] Then open the link in a browser
