Delete / remove individual messages in a conversation #182

It would be great to be able to remove individual emails that are part of a threaded conversation.

I guess I'm not seeing the use case? Can you give an example of when this would be desired?

I try to keep my mailboxes slimmed by removing unnecessary and short emails such as "Thanks", "OK", etc. from longer conversations. This way, I have less emails to go through when looking for the right one.

i guess theres no reason why you shouldnt be able to do this

Another alternative would be to have an option to disable conversations/threaded messages in Preferences... This would then result in emails being displayed individually.

i could see both as desirable features
