non-Inbox Folders Empty #1338

Hi, I have succesfully add an imap account. I see all my folders. I can receive and send E-Mails. But there are e-Mails only in the INBOX folder. In other folders (for example "sent") there are no emails. In Outlook and Postbox all folders are filled. What can I do?

Hi @bene23 — have your other folders showed up in N1? Sometimes initial sync takes time, but it should show all your email.

Can confirm here as well. Some non-Inbox folders have email but others don't. Particularly ones that have a lot of email show up as empty.

I can confirm this as well. I've seen this on gmail, imap and exchange.

I'm not sure if it's related, but I manually added a new email into one of those empty gmail labels and I did see the new email I put there but none of the "older" ones.

I confirm, I have the same issue. Some folders got the mails from my imap server but some others are empty I try to delete Nylas folder and reconfigure my mail account but the folder are always empty. Ask for log if you need it to investigate. Thanks.

Confirming this is true for myself as well. Macbook Air, OS X 10.10.5, Fastmail.com account. I can see all my emails in INBOX but none of the other folders appear to have any messages, though they are in fact full.

Has this problem been solved? I just downloaded the trial version of Nylas and there are no "sent" emails in my folder. I need access to these. What do I need to do?

I'm also experiencing this issue on Fastmail IMAP. My Inbox is populated but my other folders are empty (Message: Nothing to display). My work email (Google Mail) is fine.
