I found a thread in my mailbox that is exhibiting this issue too. When I "Log Data" to the Chromium Developer console and then run this command on the console:
__message.categories.map(cat => cat.name)
I get this output, which should be impossible on a Gmail account (because all
and spam
are separate folders, and a message can only exist in one folder, while it can have many labels (inbox
, sent
, etc. are labels within all
)

What version of N1 are you using? Version 0.4.40-85cf726 (0.4.40-85cf726)
Do you have any third-party plugins installed? No

Related to #1578, N1 now shows empty thread in inbox, when all the messages are trashed. This seems to happen with thread that were deleted on a different email client. When coming back to Nylas, it detects that the messages are no longer in the inbox, but fails to remove the thread from the list.
