Message sends with earlier version of draft #2542

Reported by @GM-Polyakov and @bengotow. Messages sometimes send with a half-completed version of a draft, even when more text has been typed.

This has happened to me already several times. Renders the client unusable.

Possibly also related to the signature.

I know this is closed but this just happened to me. It was a lengthy and important email and they only got the sentence and a half. Which was rather foreboding without context...

This is still an exceptionally big issue and it would appear you've got a regression.
