Run with Debug Flags causing "Several of your accounts are having issues" #3338

Trying to do some dev work on a plugin, so I enabled the Run with Debug Flags and after Nylas restarted I see the red error box "Several of your accounts are having issues" - clicking Check Again doesn't fix, reloading Nylas doesn't fix, disabling Run with Debug Flags and restart and it works.

When I try to send an email in this bugged-up debug state, I get an error message about: "Auth token missing for accountError: Auth token missing for account"

Versions: macOS Sierra 10.12.3 Nylas Mail 1.0.45

I noticed that "Syncing your mailbox" was not making progress and being an io hog. So I ran with debug flags and go the same issue. I tried logging out and logging back in and when I tried to log back in I got:

error-logger.js:101 APIError: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:1337

The one difference I note from the OP is that running without debug flags is only kind of working because it's clearly not syncing.
