Can't connect through VPN #3410

Is this expected ? Like, is it a known issue ? I couldn't find anything related to this in the existing issues...

@lorem--ipsum Almost all users had connectivity issues yesterday, though this should be resolved by now. If you're still having issues connecting, this is likely related to your VPN. What VPN provider are you using?

Thanks for the quick answer, I'm using TunnelBear. It actually began as soon as I started using nylas mail, not only yesterday...

It looks like TunnelBear does block ports, though they don't specifically mention which.

Could you add a few more details:

Your OS
Nylas Mail version
Your mail provider (to figure out ports, domain)
A few more details on "Can't connect through VPN". What's the error you're seeing?

OS : Ubuntu 17.04 Nylas version : 2.0.14 Mail provider : GMail I've uninstalled Nylams Mail, but if I remember correctly, the error was happening during the synchronization... Hope that helps !

@lorem--ipsum thanks for these details. That means, you're not currently running Nylas Mail? I'd suggest you to give the latest version 2.0.15 a go, and report back. It would be difficult to troubleshoot this, if you're not actually running Nylas Mail since this is most likely an isolated issue.
