In ~/.nylas-mail/config.json, my account name is "Vincent Lê @ Apitrak"
When an email is sent, the recipient get "Vincent Lê Apitrak" as sender's name.
I have tested with "Vincent Lê \u0040 Apitrak", same result, "@" char seems skipped in the name.
Nylas Mail 2.0.15, MacOS X 10.11.6
