[Feature Request] Plaintext Email Composition

I'd like to propose that we develop a plugin that allows users to compose and send emails in plaintext. Plaintext emails are appealing for a number of reasons:

1. Very small compared to HTML
2. Predictable, uniform formatting
3. Visually appealing trough simplicity

A lot of email clients support plaintext emails and I myself prefer sending plaintext emails for all of the above reasons. A simple plugin with the following settings could suffice:

1. Always write in plaintext (formatting enables HTML)
2. Always write in HTML
3. Respond in the original format (Automatic)

Link tracking should work either way but open tracking would be impossible?

In addition to composing in plaintext, allow us to send with format: flowed so that plaintext mail looks better in clients that support it (such as Gmail and Thunderbird).
