Is the issue related to a specific email provider (Gmail, Exchange, etc.)?
Only noticed on Gmail
Mail list includes last sent mail date when ordering rather than last received. Would expect to only use last received. For example I have an email at the top of my list because I sent a reply at 9:35 am. Gmail shows it in 25th position as the last reply was received yesterday.
