I also have some issues on Linux (openSUSE Leap 42.2), and everything worked until today.
It couldn't connect and I had two options: check again or reconnect. Refreshing didn't work so I clicked on reconnect, and all my account settings were deleted.
It couldn't connect with the correct STARTTLS settings.
So I changed the STARTTLS ports to the correct SSL ports and now it works again, but until today I used STARTTLS without issues.
Another issue is that the account settings are deleted when you on the 'back arrow' from the screenshot that you posted.
When I try to connect to my school account which sits on top of Office365, sometimes the client stops synchronizing. When this happen, I try to re-authenticate my credentials, and get the following error:
We were unable to reach your mail provider. Please try again.
And can no longer connect to my mail account. Image attached below.Are there any related issues?
