While the To: field in the composer header is focused, clicking the "Cc" or "Bcc" buttons while the To field is focused causes the composer-header to collapse and lose focus.
No console warnings are produced when I click on the Cc button. I figure the issue was the onShowAndFocusField prop on ComposerHeaderActions either not being set or being set incorrectly, but it was really hard to debug further without the react devtools.
Hope it's a quick fix, the app is unusable to me at the moment :/
