7 years ago I've around 40K messages in office365 account and I configured my office365 nearly 48hrs ago still syncing is going on.

Are there any related issues?
Not exact match. I found xls related but not txt and log extension.

Is the issue related to a specific email provider (Gmail, Exchange, etc.)?
I've only one account that is office365
Is the issue reproducible with a particular attachment, message, signature, etc?
all .xls, .log and .txt extension files are not downloaded. 0bytes. Other extensions pdf and .doc are downloaded and opened properly
