Every time there update to Nylas Mail, the update will install and then ask for network permissions and subsequently add new exceptions to the firewall.
I'm assuming this is because of the way the EXE's are structured and each iteration has a new instance of the EXE(and parent folder) as per the version number.
Using a centralized EXE should solve the problem, but maybe the issue lies deeper in the way updates are being pushed and installed.
