Since I liked Nylas on Linux, I decided to give it a go on Windows as well.
Right now I'm not at all satisfied. Syncing my mailbox (Outlook) takes ages. I've been letting it run when I'm at work when I'm not using the laptop because it is taking up 100% of disk usage when it's syncing. Now, my mailbox is quite a big one, it has probably somewhere around 250.000 messages, and I understand it might take a while to save all those messages locally. But I get the feeling it is stuck in a never ending loop, because, I literally had Nylas sync for at minimum 8 days now! That is not normal behavior okay, so when I contact your support, I was hoping I'd get a response. But you guys just told me to update. Which didn't solve the problem.
So I tried
[x] Reinstalling
[x] Reinstalling and deleting the sqllite databases from the folder.
[x] Contact your support many times
[x] Checked to see if Outlook might be blocking your IP address
All of which turned out to not be the issue.
So I looked at the log file, and it is full of warnings about queries not being within the 100ms time limit and APIErrors complaining about Error checking Sync health: getaddrinfo ENDENT.
Now I really hope you guys will fix this super annoying issue because I really like the way Nylas handles, and I'm not quite ready to give up on it yet.
