Just a heads up: unfortunately, I don't think you're going to get your answer here on the GitHub repo as it is no longer being actively supported by Nylas. Hope you get in contact with their team.
One of the problem with them is that they just reply with a template email. They don't really care about their users at all. I'll just try to ask my bank to reverse the payment. From the looks of it, whoever running the company doesn't know how to manage it.
Who can I contact if the issue is with the system itself and not the client anymore? The nylas support just sends a template when you send them an email. I also can't refund it because i need to downgrade my account to basic to initialize the refund but how can i do that if they didn't even upgraded my account.
