Order of wound/kill matters #117

Currently not specified whether kills or wounds get resolved first. Theoretically this matters. e.g.: Defender receives a wound and kill, but currently has a healthy artillery and a wounded infantry. wound>kill: defender ends with wounded artillery kill>wound: defender ends with wounded infantry

I think you have a point. I think we should just say kills are always resolved first.
