Roll start-player dice before putting tokens #154

This was suggested by all 3 of my test players last time (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1l1ivVqMVVgOdRxxqMPxxyt5LZyudusRyYNTwmbWXmI4/edit)

I have to agree good arguments can be made for this, the most important one probably being less randomness (with potentially big impact).

I think I haven't played a game yet where even any dice were rolled for start-player, so can't really say +1/-1. But wouldn't mind test-playing the roll-before-version, instead of the current roll-after-version.

I think the whole reason we wanted this moving start player, was so it was harder to calculate, and you needed to be more robust in what you do. So because you risk having your move token being taken over, you don't put move tokens at your borders.

I am pretty sure this is a bad idea. Because you know you will go before who, and this gives you an even bigger edge.

I think when we move the roll before the placement, we are (almost) back at square 1.

There has to be a more elegant solution to the order of the move tokens...
