More turns when playing 4-player version #155

Not sure about this one. So far I haven't had a game yet where I thought it would have been a good idea to keep playing. Either it was clear who was winning, or we were 'oscillating' around 0 and theoretically you could play forever. Simply extending the game doesn't seem like a good idea to me, unless late-game turns still look like unique gameplay and not just repetition of previous turns, but with slight differences.

TBH, I'm in favor of this. I often felt the game ended 'too early' for me. I have seen the tables turn so many times in the last turns. From my experience, I have only rarely seen late game as repetition of what happened previously.

We now end the game sooner with the decreasing goal post, so there is some room for extending.

I am in the middle, slightly in favor. I will not veto either way.
