Add an extra starting coin #157

Haven't played with the new start-scenario yet, but seems logical. Not sure whether we want more starting coins on the board or in the inventory.

I would go back to the 3 units at the start. It makes the first turn easier, especially for starting players.

I would at the very least want to testplay a game with 4 starting units.

Guessing this ticket became irrelevant with the free training of units?

The last time we played, there was no longer a shortage of money, so yes, maybe we should close this
