Why fountain got abandoned ? #40

Fountain format is the most cool format to write scripts in.

I use Obsidian and would love to see it there.

I don't think there's much to add or improve on the Fountain format that would be relevant for screenwriters right now. I use the fountain-mode on Emacs and the author kindly answered my message just today, helping me solve an issue with completion. Fountain is supported in many programs. There's nothing preventing anyone from using it, and if the Obsidian developers which to do so there's nothing stopping them. It's open-source.
