Need property to express if a resource has online content

This will ease with faceting in the application layer. Proposed to add property to nyplapp namespace:

Property: Has online content RDF: nyplapp:hasOnlineContent Range: xsd:boolean Definition: The resource or one or more of its children has partial or complete content available online. Source: Propogate on ingest or update based on whatever criteria we define for online materials.

Scope:

• database subscriptions
• Hathi Trust
• Digital Collections
• what else?

Further investigation needs to be done on flagging database subscriptions and representing Hathi Trust volumes.
