WSGI Based Server #110

We could make Crunchy conform to WSGI - then, it would be trivial to run
Crunchy using Apache or any modern web server. We could re-use lots of
other people's code :)

There are lots of solutions out there for sandboxing servers like Apache,
so this would make sandboxing Crunchy a solved problem.

Crunchy comes with its own server. I'm not aware of anyone that used Apache
with it.
