Copies the entire docs folder from develop-v4 and applies changes to develop-v5.
Updates Craft 4 (and 3!) references to v5, including documentation links.
Updates SEOmatic 4 (and also 3!) references to v5, including GitHub source links.
Re-checks all links and updates any broken ones.

The Craft 5 docs have been restructured and don’t yet have redirects—this accounts for that, but it’s a good thing to keep in mind. Also, I’m not sure what happened with iabtechlab.com so I added an archive.org link for now. (The domain doesn’t resolve for me otherwise.)
