Add support for the Microsoft Clarity Tag #1479

I'm really not sure if this is the kind of thing you would add to SEOMatic tbh as you don't have HotJar for example.

But if you are open to adding support for it, it would be nice to have https://clarity.microsoft.com as an option in Scripts!
