I'll chat to you on Slack some more but I was after the debug response for easier testing in an e-commerce event sending plugin

I'm sure you don't need a PR for this, but just gets the conversation started :)

Thanks yeah it was easier for me to just do this in the develop branch via composer install. I checked it into develop, with version 2.3.0 of the Google Measurement Protocol.
