Enhancement: US vaccination rates per county #625

Describe the feature you would like to see

The NYTimes website has a good summary of vaccination rates throughout the US. It would be great for that data to also show up here, indexed by time, alongside the case rate data.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The CDC provides the data directly, and I'm likely to go that route to use it, but I'm sure that NYTimes already has the data as well, in an easier to use format similar to the existing data for cases.

@gch We recommend you use the CDC's vaccination data set. They also have a feed that provides county-level breakdowns. Socrata is the backing service, which offers an open API and exports into a variety of formats.
