Thanks for opening this issue @avishek-mondal! This is a great idea, and would be a great addition to our wiki - in the meantime you can refer to this answer for a solution on how to install and enable add-ons when running headless Blender

Hi @avishek-mondal, just wanted to circle back and share this wiki guide we just published that explains how to install and enable addons in containers. Closing this issue, but feel free to reopen or open a new one if something isn't working.
