As a developer
I need a way to easily deploy my application anywhere
So that I don't need to install a bunch of tools over and over again
Assumptions:
container will need to be linked to mysql container (see vagrantfile for details)
Acceptance Criteria:
Given the url to this repository
When I check out the repository, enter the vagrant machine, and execute `docker run...`
Then I can hit the application in the browser via http
