update requirements.txt to accommodate BDD tests

As a ... Developer I need ... to update requirements.txt So that ... I can set up environment for BDD tests

Assumptions:

• There is a requirement.txt in the project folder, which doesn't configure environment for BDD tests

Acceptance Criteria:

Given ...There is a requirement.txt 
When ...I add python libraries that's need to run BDD tests
Then ...I can run my BDD test successfully
