As a developer I need to create a single page UI for the customer service So that I can run BDD tests on the UI

Assumptions:

The UI will be based on the following repo: https://github.com/nyu-devops/lab-flask-bdd

Acceptance Criteria:

Given the app is running on the cloud
When I access that URL 
Then I can see the UI
