As a ... a user I need ... suspend bottom in the UI So that ... I can suspend a customer

Assumptions:

...Add suspend bottom in the UI based on the repo "https://github.com/nyu-devops/lab-flask-bdd"

Acceptance Criteria:

Given ...the app is running on the cloud
When ...I access the URL 
Then ...I can see a suspend bottom in the UI
