As a developer I need to push my application to the IBM Cloud So that my application runs on the IBM Cloud.

Assumptions: We have an IBM cloud account and everyone has access to it

Acceptance Criteria: Given I want to run my application in the cloud When I run the command ibmcloud cf push Then my application is in the IBM Cloud
