Hi @Eldo-rado, the checkpoints for the pretrained encoders are now updated under the MedFuse/checkpoints directory:

• CXR: checkpoints/cxr_rad_full
• Mortality: checkpoints/mortality/uni_ehr_all
• Phenotyping: checkpoints/phenotyping/uni_ehr_full
