Hi @farazBhatti we released the checkpoints for phenotyping, please find them here: https://github.com/nyuad-cai/MedFuse/tree/main/checkpoints/phenotyping

Please note that the dataset needs to be downloaded from the original database and we cannot provide samples ourselves.
