In order to build a release version of the library, the project needs the 
missing key. I can either comment out the SNK in the GlobalAssemblyInfo file, 
or put in my own key, but then I have to update the AssemblyVersion.Key Public 
key property.

Could you include the key with the project?

Alternatively, if you could just make the project have a non-default compile 
flag that does not snk the assembly, that would work easily as well.

added an extra project config for signed.
