[Feature Request] /whois command

Features I'd like to see in it:

• Last seen
• Rank
• Heath bar
• Display name
• Position
• World
• Is flying
• Is in creative
• IP
• GeoIP (if you feel inclined to do that. not all that important)
• First joined
• maybe more?...
