Story

As a SPM, I want to be able to share technical document with other user.

Context

SPM must be able to share with a third party or in a social network account, technical documents. The platform will therefore have to offer several applications (Email, telegram, whatsapp, facebook, microsoft teams,...) through which technical document can be sent

Description

• Use case: Share a technical document

• Actors: SPM

• Background: As an SPM, I want to share a technical document with a third party (SPM or other person)

• Precondition: The user is already logged into his account on the platform and on a previously selected project

• Postcondition: The technical document is shared

• Scenario:

  • Step 1: The application displays the different services
  • Step 2: The user clicks on a “Technical Documents” tab
  • Step 3: The system displays the “Technical Documents” set of the selected project
  • Step 4: User selects a technical document then right click
  • Step 5: The system displays the list of options for the selected document
  • Step 6: User clicks share or send
  • Step 7: The system displays a list of applications through which the user can share their technical document (email, …)
  • Step 8: User selects the application
  • Step 9: The system opens the selected application and the technical document is attached
  • Step 10: The user fills in the recipient, writes the message and clicks send
  • Step 11: The technical document is shared

• Exceptions:

  • Step 7: The user clicks on the “Cancel” button
    • The software cancels the document sharing and returns to step 1
  • Step 9: The user clicks on the “Cancel” button
    • The software cancels the document sharing and returns to step 1
      • Constraint:
  • Only technical documents that can be shared can be shared
